I ordered 2 pair of swimsuits a value of $150. It's more than a month already and I didn't get any response from customer service and the carrier service don't have information about my order. Terrible experience.

Good customer service friendly and professional well done

Lost my order. Several emails, 4 telephone calls, 5 DM's and multiple comments on their posts and just being ignored.
They lie and their customer service is on Fred west's builders

Think staff are withholding store collections for reasons unknown, probably theft.

Great clothing at River Island but shocking customer service when you've ordered to collect from store and your order hasn't arrived which you've paid for upfront and they aren't interested and just say contact customer service. I email no reply then I have to ring up and be put on hold which I'm paying for again and be told yeah items do get lost in transit or aren't dispatched no appology I said your gonna loose custom not interested. Also this is not the first time an item has gone missing I won't be ordering online again

Their clothing is phenomenal, but ordering from their site directly if you are in the US can be a hassle - slow shipping or lost packages, customer service just okay, etc. Order from Nordstrom or ASOS.
For reference, I am a US size 4 and a UK 10 in RI fits me well.

Like the products but customer service needs work!

My last order got lost , refunded and reordered which felt like an unnecessary delay. Ordered next day delivery Saturday. It’s Tuesday today and isn’t out for delivery. How can you say Saturday - Wednesday/ Thursday is next day.

I’ve seen some reviews where they ask you to email but already tried and had a response asking me to confirm details that’s it . Phoned them but they don’t do anything just said they’ve had a problem with late deliveries. So why give inaccurate time scales and charge for deliveries. Should advise of delays prior to ordering because there’s obviously a problem.

If I could give zero stars I would. Why did I make the mistake of ordering from this company again? I spent a lot of money on a dress which was basically a rag and to return it will cost nearly E10!! Only do exchange in shop so either way you're caught as last thing I want to do is buy more of their rubbish. Keep your money and buy somewhere where costumers are valued and quality it good.

The girls on duty where extremely helpful and very friendly on our visit, More than happy with service.

Zero stars. Their courier loses a £900 worth of returns and two months still no refund. Worse customer service.

The girl on the till was extremely helpful. The item I wanted wasn't in stock so she offered to order me the item. She was polite, friendly and professional.
